Open Our Dam Government: What is Wrong with the GOP!

Enough already. The tea party republicans thought POTUS was going to let them take take down the ACA. What!?  Are they on crack?!  Even though the administration has not done a good job selling the benefits, those of us with a brain know that the major portions of the ACA are going to benefit millions of Americans. 

It is time for Americans as a whole to rise up and send the Republicans in Congress home for good. President Obama needs to have a lock on both houses for the last 2 years of his term in order to govern the country and pass some progressive legislation to benefit the country. It's time to protect Medicare and social security and put a stake in the heart of trickle down economics.

 The economic divide between the top and the bottom of our society is no longer sustainable. We must rebuild our infrastructure and put our citizens back to work. We must also feed our people and educate our children and we can't accomplish these things by continuing to cut taxes on the top 1% who just keep demanding more and more.

Call your GOP congressmen and senators and tell them to cut the crap and get the government open. Call your Democratic Congressmen and senators and tell them to hold firm against the GOP bullies.

The Real Base of the Democratic Party

We now see the outcome of listening to the dopes like Susan Sarandon who said there was no real difference between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. However, they don't want to own the stupidity they exhibited in the lead up to the 2016 election. As a Black Woman who is about to celebrate her 58th birthday I consider myself part of the real base of the Democratic Party.  96% of Black Women voted for Hillary Clinton. 53% of college educated White Women voted for Trump.  So somebody tell me why in the Hell am I going to listen to this group telling me how my Party needs to change. As the Mother of a Millennial here's my message to them.
